Returns and refunds

These rules apply to online purchases made by a consumer on the website johnbarber.it of JB Men's Club SRL (Via Nino Bixio 12, 20129 Milano). The full terms are in the Terms of Sale.

You have 14 days to change your mind

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase, without giving us a reason, within 14 days.

• Gift cards, service vouchers and subscriptions: the 14 days start from the day of purchase.
• Cosmetics: the 14 days start from the day you collect the product at one of our salons.

How to withdraw

The simplest way: the page Withdraw from the contract, which you will also find at the bottom of every page of the site. Enter your name, email and order number and press Confirm withdrawal: we will immediately send you an email with what you submitted and the date and time we received it.

You can also write to amministrazione@jbclub.it or to the certified email (PEC) jbclub@pec.it within the 14 days, with an explicit statement that you wish to withdraw. You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory.

When withdrawal is not possible, and withdrawal after use

• Service voucher already used. Using the voucher, even before the 14 days have passed, means asking us to carry out the service; once it is done, you can no longer withdraw from that voucher. If the order includes more than one voucher, you can withdraw from those not yet used.
• Gift card partly used. You can withdraw within the 14 days even after having used part of it: we will refund the credit that remains. Credit already used is not refunded.
• Opened or used cosmetics. For reasons of hygiene and safety, we only take back cosmetics with the packaging and protective film intact, unopened and unused.

Cosmetics: how to return them

Cosmetics are not shipped: you collect them at the salon and return them to the salon. Within 14 days from when you have written to us to say you wish to withdraw, bring the product to one of our salons, with the original packaging and the order confirmation email.

The refund

We will refund the amount paid using the same payment method you used, through Stripe, within 14 days from when we receive your withdrawal notice. For cosmetics we may wait until we have the product back. Once the refund is complete, the voucher or gift card for that order is cancelled and can no longer be used. The time it takes for the sum to appear in your account depends on your bank or card network.

Voucher expiry

Vouchers and gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date cannot be extended.

Defective product or product different from the one ordered

For cosmetics, the statutory guarantee of conformity applies, even after the 14 days. You can find out how it works in the Terms of Sale.
