Shipping policy

John Barber does not ship. Everything you buy on the site is delivered to you by email or you collect it, free of charge, at one of our shops in Milan. There are no shipping costs.

Gift cards and digital vouchers

After payment you receive an email with the order number, the 4-character secret code and the PDF with the QR code: together they are your voucher. If you cannot find it, also check your spam folder, then write to us at amministrazione@jbclub.it. To use it, book at +39 340 957 3023 and give the order number; at the salon show the PDF or give the secret code.

Cosmetics, physical cards and gift boxes

If you buy a cosmetic product, a physical card or a gift box, choose the collection salon on the payment page. Visit that salon during opening hours and show:

• the order number;
• the secret code (or the PDF with the QR code you received by email).
